Lets start with the video walkthrough first:


And then here comes the step by step walkthrough:

1. Click right button, click on the two bushes on balcony. There is a red key near the bushes, take it.
2. Click right button, now you see the back side of the apartment. Click on the tiles on the third floor. There is a green key on the tiles, take it.
3. Click right button, now you see a different view. Click on the second floor balcony. There is a blue key near the left window, take it.
4. Click right button, now you see the front side of the apartment. Click on the second floor of the apartment where there is a 4X4 car parked outside. There are 6 locks. Use your keys.
5. Now click on the red lock. Here comes a puzzle. Solve it. It will give you a hammer, take it.
6. Click on the green lock. Here comes a sudoku. Solve it. There answer is 3214, 2341, 4123, 1432. It will give you paddle, take it.
7. Click left button, then click on small garden on the right. You will see a place to dig on the grass. Dig it. You will see an orange key there, take it.
8. Click back, click on the blue table. You will see a different mosaic on the floor. Use your hammer on the mosaic. It will give you a yellow key, take it.
